Whilst looking for a place to stay for my own wedding my wife Laura and I searched for ages.Wedding Accommodation in Adelaide, the best Airbnb’s as hotels just weren’t a reflection of us. We ended up renting an awesome Eco house which made for beautiful photos and great light for hair and makeup. There was enough room for all the girls to stay over the night before and a gorgeous open plan lounge area for all our besties to come over for brunch the next morning (obv. not too early!). These are my key features to look for when booking a place to stay before the wedding:

• Good NATURAL window light for hair, makeup and photos
• A large open living room with a big table for makeup and hair – you’ll all want to congregate in here
• A Clean minimalistic space that isn’t too cluttered
• A space that reflects your personality
• Enough beds for the bridesmaids to stay over the night before
• A space that allows an after party
• Space for the besties to come over for a post-wedding brunch party
• Parking and easy access for all vendors and bridal party
• A comfy bed :p
